How it works

1. Activate Aerie Ouphes by sacrificing it, targeting a creature with flying.
2. When Aerie Ouphes dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Aerie Ouphes enters the battlefield, Tribute to the World Tree triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on Aerie Ouphes .
4. Repeat.
