How it works

- Thran Vigil and River Kelpie trigger.
- Resolve the Thran Vigil trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on River Kelpie.
- Resolve the River Kelpie trigger, causing you to draw a card.
- Resolve the Shilgengar ability
- Repeat.
