How it works

1. Activate Orthion's second ability by paying 6 and tapping it, creating five token copies of Morgue Toad with haste.
2. Activate the five Morgue Toad tokens by sacrificing them, adding .
3. When the Morgue Toad tokens die, Orthion triggers, untapping itself.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite mana, you may forego sacrificing the Morgue Toad tokens and/or target any other creature.

This magnificent loop relies on Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink to orchestrate a fiery multiplication of threats, utilizing its expensive secondary activation to flood the board with five hasty token copies of Morgue Toad.
