How it works
Activate Orthion's second ability by paying 6 and tapping it, creating five token copies of Su-Chi with haste.
Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing three Su-Chi tokens, adding .
When the Su-Chi tokens die, they trigger, adding twelve C.
Activate Orthion by paying 3 and untapping it, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn.
Repeat.
Once you have infinite mana, you may instead target any other creature you control.
This explosive loop relies on duplicating a single death-trigger engine into a self-sustaining mana factory, all anchored by Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink to flood the board with five token copies of Su-Chi. Once those tokens are in play, you feed three of them to Phyrexian Altar to generate the red mana needed to keep going, while their combined death triggers pour a massive surplus of colorless mana directly into your pool. To ensure Orthion can keep pace with the demand, Umbral Mantle steps in with its incredible {0} equip cost, letting you spend a fraction of your newly minted mana to untap Orthion and repeat the cycle indefinitely.
