How it works

1. Activate Orthion's second ability by paying 6 and tapping it, creating five token copies of Deranged Hermit.
2. When the Deranged Hermit tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating twenty 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
3. At the beginning of your end step, Orthion triggers, causing you to sacrfiice the Deranged Hermit tokens.
4. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Epic Struggle triggers, causing you to win the game.
