How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Vodalian Wave-Knight triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other Knight and/or Merfolk you control.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-replacing powerhouse by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells from the top of your library using any creature's counters as an alternate payment. Because Cloud Key reduces the artifact's mana cost down to zero, you can repeatedly tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw it and place it back on library, recast it for free by consuming a counter, and instantly fuel the loop anew. Meanwhile, Vodalian Wave-Knight watches the constant stream of card draw and rewards your board by spreading endless +1/+1 counters across your Merfolk and Knights.
