How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Jace's Projection triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a simple artifact into a perpetual motion machine by turning counters into a substitute for mana. With Cloud Key naming "artifact," Sensei's Divining Top's mana cost is reduced from one to zero, allowing you to cast it for free. Falco Spara, Pactweaver enables you to cast that very Top straight off the top of your library by removing a counter from one of your creatures, which Jace's Projection happily supplies each time you draw a card from the Top's activation. By tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw, placing it back on your library, and immediately recasting it by consuming a newly minted +1/+1 counter, you generate an endless cascade of card draw, storm count, and artifact triggers.
