How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a charge counter from Uthros Research Craft.
3. Uthros Research Craft triggers, putting a charge counter on it and causing you to draw a card.
4. Repeat.

This crafty loop lets you draw your entire deck by repeatedly recycling Sensei's Divining Top right back to the top of your library and casting it for free. The magic is made possible by Falco Spara, Pactweaver, whose static ability lets you bypass normal casting restrictions to cast spells from the top of your library simply by stripping a counter off a creature you control. Meanwhile, Cloud Key discounts the Top's mana cost down to zero, and Uthros Research Craft steps in to provide both the steady supply of charge counters needed to fuel Falco Spara's alternate casting cost and a helpful card-draw trigger every time an artifact spell is cast.
