How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This loop centers around the clever synergy between Falco Spara, Pactweaver and Sensei's Divining Top, allowing you to bypass mana costs entirely by casting the Top straight from the top of your library for zero mana by removing a counter from a creature.
