How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This clever engine transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining loop by leveraging the cost-reduction of Cloud Key alongside the unique casting permissions and mana generation of Mm'menon, the Right Hand. With Cloud Key naming "artifact," Sensei's Divining Top's normal cost is reduced to zero, allowing you to cast it directly off the top of your library thanks to Mm'menon, the Right Hand letting you play artifacts from the top. Once you tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library, you can simply tap another artifact (or Sensei's Divining Top itself before it resolves, if mana is needed) to produce the blue mana required by Mm'menon, the Right Hand's ability to cast it—though with Cloud Key lowering the cost to {0}, you can continuously replay the Top for free to draw your entire deck and build a massive storm count.
