How it works

1. Cast Crystalline Crawler by paying 4, ensuring to use four different colors of mana.
2. Lux Artillery triggers, giving Crystalline Crawler sunburst, causing it to enter with eight +1/+1 counters due to sunburst and its converge ability.
3. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability eight times by removing eight +1/+1 counters from it, adding 3.
4. Activate Temur Sabertooth by paying 1, returning Crystalline Crawler from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This loop is a masterclass in recycling triggers and mana, turning the convergence of colors into an endless engine of creation. By casting Crystalline Crawler with four distinct colors of mana, the presence of Lux Artillery grants it sunburst, which stacks with its native converge ability to load it up with eight +1/+1 counters right out of the gate. You then strip away those counters for a windfall of colored mana, using just a slice of that bounty to activate Temur Sabertooth and bounce the Crawler safely back to your hand.
