How it works
- Activate Selvala by paying and tapping it, adding at least 2.
- Cast Corridor Monitor by paying 1.
- When Corridor Monitor enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping Selvala.
- Activate Temur Sabertooth by paying 1, returning Corridor Monitor to your hand.
- Repeat.
- If you control a creature with power 6 or greater, this combo nets infinite mana, and you may target another creature using Corridor Monitor's ability.
This elegant loop begins by casting Corridor Monitor, whose entrance triggers its ability to untap Selvala, Heart of the Wilds. As long as you control a sufficiently massive creature, tapping Selvala for mana easily yields the funds needed to feed Temur Sabertooth's activation, which bounces Corridor Monitor back to your hand for reuse. This creates a self-sustaining cycle where Temur Sabertooth protects your board while Selvala generates more than enough mana to recast the Monitor over and over again.
