How it works

1. Activate Arbor Adherent by tapping it, adding an amount of .
2. Activate Temur Sabertooth by paying 1, returning Arbor Adherent from the battlefield to your hand.
3. Cast Arbor Adherent by paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This looping engine relies on Arbor Adherent's ability to tap for an amount of mana equal to the greatest toughness among other creatures you control, which can easily outpace the {1}{G} activation cost required by Temur Sabertooth to return the Adherent to your hand. Once recast, Lavaleaper ensures the freshly returned Arbor Adherent immediately enters the battlefield ready to tap thanks to haste, while its triggered ability generously doubles the mana produced when tapping basic lands to help fund the loop. By repeatedly bouncing, recasting, and tapping Arbor Adherent, you generate an endless storm count and infinite colored mana, as well as an infinite number of creature enters-the-battlefield and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
