How it works

2. Cemetery Desecrator enters the battlefield, exiling a card from a graveyard with mana value equal to, or greater than, the number of intervention counters on Divine Intervention, and removing all intervention counters from Divine Intervention.
3. Divine Intervention's second ability triggers, causing the game to end in a draw.
