How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Rograkh
2. When Rograkh dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Rograkh from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
4. Cast Rograkh from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a zero-cost commander into an endless engine of sacrifice and rebirth. By using Bartolomé del Presidio to sacrifice Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh, you trigger Mortuary to immediately tuck Rograkh back onto the top of your library instead of letting him stay in the graveyard.
