How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Haywire Mite.
2. When Haywire Mite dies, it and Mortuary triggers.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Haywire Mite from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Haywire Mite trigger, causing you to gain 2 life
5. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
6. Cast Haywire Mite from the top of your library by paying 1 life due to Bolas's Citadel.
7. Repeat.

This loop relies on Bartolomé del Presidio to repeatedly sacrifice Haywire Mite, which triggers Mortuary to seamlessly recycle the Mite straight back onto the top of your library. From there, Bolas's Citadel lets you bypass mana costs entirely, letting you recast the Haywire Mite for just a single point of life. Because Haywire Mite's death also triggers a net life gain, it offsets the Citadel's life payment and fuels an endless cycle of infinite deaths, sacrifices, storm count, and +1/+1 counters.
