How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Fear of Lost Teeth.
2. When Fear of Lost Teeth dies, it and Mortuary triggers.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Fear of Lost Teeth from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Fear of Lost Teeth trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and dealing 1 damage to any target.
5. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
6. Cast Fear of Lost Teeth from the top of your library by paying 1 life due to Bolas's Citadel.
7. Repeat.

This elegant little loop turns a simple sacrifice into a self-sustaining engine by letting you replay your casualties directly from the top of your library. You use Bartolomé del Presidio as the outlet to sacrifice Fear of Lost Teeth, which triggers its own death ability while simultaneously setting up Mortuary to quietly recycle the creature right back to the top of your library. From there, Bolas's Citadel steps in to replace traditional mana costs with life payments, allowing you to seamlessly recast Fear of Lost Teeth over and over again. Because Fear of Lost Teeth gains you life every time it dies, it easily offsets the life cost required by Bolas's Citadel, letting you churn through this loop infinitely to drain your opponents and pump your board.
