How it works

1. Activate Lion's Eye Diamond by discarding your hand and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
5. Repeat.

This intricate loop harnesses Bolas's Citadel to cast spells directly from the top of your library by paying life instead of mana, turning Lion's Eye Diamond into a free spell. When you sacrifice Lion's Eye Diamond for mana, Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer notices the artifact hitting the graveyard and pumps itself and your Golems with +1/+1 counters. You can then use Arcbound Reclaimer to consume one of those newly minted counters, returning Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard straight back to the top of your library so Bolas's Citadel can cast it all over again.
