How it works

1. Activate Lithatog by sacrificing Shield Sphere
2. When Shield Sphere dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Shield Sphere from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Resolve the Lithatog ability.
4. Cast Shield Sphere from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns zero-mana artifacts into an engine by leveraging Bolas's Citadel to cast them straight from the top of your library for free. Whenever you use Lithatog to sacrifice Shield Sphere, Mortuary steps in to instantly recycle the artifact right back to the top of your library. Because Bolas's Citadel allows you to play cards directly from the top, you can recast Shield Sphere for zero life and repeat the process indefinitely, generating massive storm counts and an arbitrarily large Lithatog.
