How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1 life.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Arbaaz Mir triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
4. Repeat.

This delightful loop relies on Bolas's Citadel to bypass traditional mana costs, allowing you to cast spells directly from the top of your library by paying life instead. Because Sensei's Divining Top costs just {1} to cast, the Citadel reduces that mana cost to a mere 1 life payment, and tapping the Top immediately replaces it back onto the top of your library so you can cast it all over again. Meanwhile, the presence of Arbaaz Mir turns every single one of those artifact re-entries into a lethal trigger that gains you life—completely offsetting the life you paid into Bolas's Citadel while draining your opponents out of the game.
