How it works

1. Cast Selective Memory, exiling all non-permanent cards from your library.
2. Cast Primal Surge, putting all cards from your library onto the battlefield (including Jace, Wielder of Mysteries if it is still in your library).
3. Activate Jace to win.

This elegant combo clears your entire deck so you can claim an instant victory. First, you cast Selective Memory to banish all nonland, non-permanent cards from your library, ensuring that every single remaining card can trigger Primal Surge. When you subsequently cast Primal Surge, its recursive nature flips your entire library directly onto the battlefield. Finally, with your library now completely empty, you simply activate Jace, Wielder of Mysteries to draw a card, bypassing the empty-library loss and winning the game on the spot.
