How it works

1. Whenever a land enters the battlefield, it enters as a 2/2 creature due to Nature's Revolt.
2. Activate the creature with Heavy Arbalest and Thornbite Staff attached by tapping it, dealing 2 damage to the land.
3. The land dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness.
4. The creature triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat as desired for each land an opponent controls, and whenever a land enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
