How it works

1. Activate Marina by tapping it, unlocked Spiked Corridor.
2. Spiked Corridor triggers, creating three 1/1 Devil creature tokens.
3. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing a Devil.
4. When the Devil dies, it and Marina trigger.
5. Resolve the Devil's trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target.
6. Resolve the Marina trigger, untapping it.
7. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
8. Activate Marina by tapping it, locking Spiked Corridor.
9. Repeat steps 3 through 7 one additional time.
10. Repeat from step 1.

This clever loop turns Marina Vendrell into a repeatable door-operator, using her tap ability to lock and unlock the Spiked Corridor // Torture Pit to constantly refresh its room-entry triggers. Each time the Corridor's door opens, it summons a trio of 1/1 Devil tokens that eagerly feed into Carrion Feeder's sacrifice outlet. To keep the engine running smoothly, Thornbite Staff is equipped to Marina—granting her the vital untap trigger whenever those Devils bite the dust, allowing her to keep pace with the carnage and cycle the room open and closed indefinitely.
