How it works

  1. Cast Etali by paying 5R manaR mana and paying any commander tax if relevant.
  2. When Etali enters the battlefield, it triggers.
  3. Holding priority, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Etali.
  4. If Etali is your commander, choose not to return it to the command zone from your graveyard.
  5. When Etali dies, Hua Tuo triggers, untapping Hua Tuo.
  6. Activate Hua Tuo by tapping it, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard.
  7. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability from Step 3.
  8. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library.
  9. Cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
  10. Repeat from Step 2.
