How it works

  1. Activate Black Market Tycoon by tapping it, creating either a 2/2 Cat or a 3/1 Dog creature token.
  2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Cat or Dog.
  3. The Cat or Dog dies, triggering Black Market Tycoon, untapping Black Market Tycoon.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
  5. Repeat.
