How it works

1. Activate Marina by tapping it, unlocked Spiked Corridor.
2. Spiked Corridor triggers, creating three 1/1 Devil creature tokens.
3. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing a Devil.
4. When the Devil dies, it and Marina trigger.
5. Resolve the Devil's trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target.
6. Resolve the Marina trigger, untapping it.
7. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
8. Activate Marina by tapping it, locking Spiked Corridor.
9. Repeat steps 3 through 7 one additional time.
10. Repeat from step 1.

By tapping Marina Vendrell to unlock the Spiked Corridor side of Spiked Corridor // Torture Pit, you immediately flood the board with three 1/1 Devil tokens thanks to the Room's triggered ability. You can then feed these tokens to Bartolomé del Presidio, which pumps him up with +1/+1 counters while triggering both the dying Devil's explosive last breath and Thornbite Staff's passive untap ability. Because Marina Vendrell is equipped with the Thornbite Staff, sacrificing a Devil untaps her so she can lock the Room back up and repeat the cycle endlessly, turning your sacrificial loop into an infinite stream of damage.
