How it works

1. Activate the creature by tapping it, dealing damage to an opponent's creature.
2. The opponent's creature dies due to deathtouch, triggering the second ability granted by Thornbite Staff, untapping your creature.
3. Repeat until all opponents' creatures die.
4. Repeat each time a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

By equipping your creature with both Thornbite Staff and Gorgon's Head while also enchanting it with Fire Whip, you transform any unassuming creature into an absolute killing machine. The Fire Whip grants the creature a direct-damage tap ability, which is immediately lethal to anything it hits thanks to the deathtouch granted by Gorgon's Head. Every time that targeted creature perishes, Thornbite Staff's second ability triggers to untap your shooter, allowing you to repeat the cycle instantly. This creates a devastating lock that clears the board of your opponents' creatures the moment they enter the battlefield, entirely fueled by this recursive damage loop.
