How it works

1. Activate Dr Madison Li's third ability by tapping it and paying EEEEE, returning Myr Battlesphere from your graveyard to the battlefield.
2. When Myr Battlepshere enters the battlefield, it and Decoction Module trigger.
3. Resolve the Myr Battlesphere trigger, creating four 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens.
4. When the Myrs enter the battlefield, Decoction Module triggers four times.
5. Resolve all Decoction Module triggers, causing you to get EEEEE.
6. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Myr Battlesphere.
7. When Myr Battlesphere dies, Dr Madison Li triggers, untapping itself.Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Myr Battlesphere's power.
8. Repeat.
