How it works

1. Activate Marina by tapping it, unlocked Spiked Corridor.
2. Spiked Corridor triggers, creating three 1/1 Devil creature tokens.
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing a Devil.
4. When the Devil dies, it and Marina trigger.
5. Resolve the Devil's trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target.
6. Resolve the Marina trigger, untapping it.
7. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
8. Activate Marina by tapping it, locking Spiked Corridor.
9. Repeat steps 3 through 7 one additional time.
10. Repeat from step 1.
