How it works

1. Activate The Eternity Elevator by tapping it, adding at least twenty .
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding Possessed Skaab.
3. Hashaton triggers, causing you to pay 2 to create a tapped token copy of Possessed Skaab that is a 4/4 Zombie.
4. When the Possessed Skaab token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Possessed Skaab from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Resolve the Mind Over Matter ability, untapping The Eternity Elevator.
6. Repeat.

This fascinating loop begins by utilizing The Eternity Elevator to generate a massive pool of colorless mana, which is then filtered into the blue mana needed to sustain the engine. By leveraging Mind Over Matter, you can endlessly discard Possessed Skaab to untap your mana source, feeding both your graveyard and your mana needs at the same time. This constant discarding awakens Hashaton, Scarab's Fist, whose trigger turns every discarded creature into a fresh 4/4 Zombie token copy. Finally, each time that token enters the battlefield, Possessed Skaab's own ability returns the original card right back to your hand so the cycle can repeat indefinitely.
