How it works

1. Activate Aether Vial by tapping it, putting Pestermite onto the battlefield from your hand.
2. When Pestermite enters the battlefield, it and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
3. Resolve the Pestermite trigger, untapping Aether Vial.
4. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Deceiver Exarch from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Activate Aether Vial by tapping it, putting Deceiver Exarch onto the battlefield from your hand.
6. When Deceiver Exarch enters the battlefield, it and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
7. Resolve the Deceiver Exarch trigger, untapping Aether Vial.
8. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Pestermite from the battlefield to your hand.
9. Repeat.

This delightful little engine relies on Aether Vial to bypass mana costs entirely once it hits three charge counters, letting you effortlessly cycle your creatures directly from your hand. As Pestermite and Deceiver Exarch take turns entering the battlefield, their entry triggers untap Aether Vial so it's always ready to cheat out the next piece. Meanwhile, Cloudstone Curio watches the chaos unfold and uses its passive bounce ability to return whichever creature is currently on the board back to your hand the moment a new one arrives.
