How it works

1. Give Boros Reckoner lifelink.
2. Deal damage to Boros Reckoner.
3. Boros Reckoner triggers, dealing that much damage to itself and causing you to gain that much life.
4. Repeat step 4 any number of times.

By enchanting Boros Reckoner with Indestructibility, you ensure that it can weather any amount of punishment without dying. Once you also grant it lifelink, its own triggered ability turns inward in an infinite loop: every time Boros Reckoner deals damage to itself, its damage-reflection trigger fires right back at it, continuously padding your life total with every iteration.
