How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Slimefoot and Squee.
2. When Slimefoot and Squee dies, Luminous Broodmoth and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
3. Resolve the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, returning Slimefoot and Squee from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
4. When Slimefoot and Squee enters, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
5. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
6. Activate Altar of Dementia twice by sacrificing Luminous Broodmoth and Slimefoot and Squee.
7. When Slimefoot and Squee and Luminous Broodmoth die, Pitiless Plunderer triggers twice, creating two Treasure tokens.
8. Resolve the Altar of Dementia abilities from steps 1 and 6.
9. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
10. Activate Slimefoot and Squee by paying 1 and sacrificing a Saproling.
11. When the Saproling dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
12. Resolve the Slimefoot and Squee ability, returning it and Luminous Broodmoth from your graveyard to the battlefield.
13. When Slimefoot and Squee enters, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
14. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
15. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the graveyard into an engine by letting Luminous Broodmoth and Slimefoot and Squee constantly bail each other out, while Pitiless Plunderer funds the entire operation with a steady stream of Treasure tokens every time something bites the dust. Altar of Dementia acts as the sacrifice outlet that kicks off the deaths and converts the repetition into an infinite mill condition. Because Slimefoot and Squee also automatically replaces itself with a Saproling token upon entering the battlefield, you always have a fresh body to sacrifice to its own recursion ability when you need to bring Luminous Broodmoth back alongside it.
