How it works

1. Activate Selvala by paying and tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Activate Phantom Train twice by sacrificing Selvala and Slimefoot and Squee.
3. Activate Slimefoot and Squee by paying 1 and sacrificing a Saproling, returning it and Selvala from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. When Slimefoot and Squee enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop starts by using Selvala, Heart of the Wilds to generate a massive burst of colored mana, which is then funneled into Phantom Train to turn your key pieces into creatures while scaling its own power. Slimefoot and Squee acts as the engine's recurring heart, utilizing that mana and a freshly generated Saproling token to pull itself and Selvala right back out of the graveyard. As these threats repeatedly cycle through the battlefield, Yarus, Roar of the Old Gods grants them the haste they need to execute their strategy without delay.
