How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Mayael's Aria triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Auriok Bladewarden by tapping it, giving itself +X/+X until end of turn, where X is its power.
3. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Auriok Bladewarden.
4. Repeat from step 2 until Auriok Bladewarden has power nineteen or greater, omitting step 3 on the final iteration.
5. Resolve the Mayael's Aria trigger from step 1, causing you to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, gain 10 life and win the game.

This elegant sequence lets you skyrocket Auriok Bladewarden's power to lethal heights entirely within a single upkeep step. By enchanting it with Pemmin's Aura, you gain a repeatable untap engine fueled by blue mana that lets you tap and untap the Bladewarden to repeatedly double its own power. Once its power crosses the critical threshold, the delayed trigger from Mayael's Aria resolves, instantly checking the battlefield and securing the win.
