How it works

1. Cast Hornet Queen by paying 4.
2. When Hornet Queen enters the battlefield, it, Cloudstone Curio, and Mana Echoes trigger.
3. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Hornet Queen trigger, creating four 1/1 Insect creature tokens.
5. When the Insects enter the battlefield, Mana Echoes and Cloudstone Curio each trigger four times.
6. Resolve the first Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Hornet Queen from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Resolve all remaining Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
8. Resolve all Mana Echoes triggers, adding 5 for each Insect you control.
9. Activate Gemstone Array's first ability three times by paying 6, putting three charge counters on it.
10. Activate Gemstone Array's second ability three times by removing three charge counters from it, adding .
11. Repeat.

This loop transforms the heavy mana investment of casting Hornet Queen into an explosive swarm of deadly Insects, turning each entry into a cascade of resources. As the Queen and her tokens hit the battlefield, Mana Echoes generously rewards you for every shared creature type, generating a massive surplus of colorless energy. You then channel that wealth into Gemstone Array to filter and bank your mana, all while Cloudstone Curio lets you constantly bounce the original Hornet Queen back to your hand so the whole spectacle can begin anew.
