How it works

1. Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 0 plus commander tax, if applicable.
2. When Rograkh enters the battlefield, Samwise Gamgee's first ability and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
3. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing to your hand.
4. Resolve the Samwise Gamgee trigger, creating a 2/2 Cat creature token with haste due to Jinnie Fay.
5. When the Cat enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Rograkh from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Repeat.

This delightful engine turns the zero-mana casting cost of Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh into an endless loop of creature entries and exits. Every time Rograkh drops, Samwise Gamgee triggers to generate a Food token, which Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second immediately transforms into a hasty 2/2 Cat token instead. That new Cat token satisfies Cloudstone Curio's nonartifact requirement, allowing you to bounce Rograkh right back to your hand so you can cast him for free all over again.
