How it works

1. Cast Rograkh either from your hand or the command zone by paying 0 and commander tax, if applicable.
2. Rograkh enters the battlefield, triggering Cadric and Cloudstone Curio.
3. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, choosing not to return anything to your hand.
4. Resolve the Cadric trigger, causing you to pay 1 to create a token copy of Rograkh with haste.
5. The Rograkh token enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio, returning the nontoken Rograkh from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing the Rograkh token, adding .
7. Repeat.

This explosive loop relies on casting Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh for zero mana to start a cascade of triggers. As he enters, Cadric, Soul Kindler lets you pay a single mana to stamp out a temporary token copy, bypassing the legend rule entirely thanks to Cadric's static ability. Meanwhile, Cloudstone Curio watches the token arrive and uses its shared permanent type to safely bounce your original Rograkh back to your hand. Finally, feeding the hasty token to Thermopod generates the red mana needed to pay Cadric's tax while fueling your infinite storm count and sacrifice triggers.
