How it works

1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least .
2. Cast Anti-Venom by paying .
3. When Anti-Venom enters, its first ability and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
4. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing to your hand.
5. Resolve the Anti-Venom trigger, returning Palinchron from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. When Palinchron enters, it and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
7. Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
8. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Anti-Venom from the battlefield to your hand.
9. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Palinchron.
10. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on trading permanents back and forth to continuously recycle enter-the-battlefield triggers, fueled entirely by the mana-generating engine of Palinchron. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, its untap ability untaps your lands to pay for future costs, while its pairing with Cloudstone Curio simultaneously lets you bounce Anti-Venom back to your hand. Recasting Anti-Venom then allows its own entry trigger to pull Palinchron right back out of your graveyard, restarting the cycle. Finally, Altar of Dementia capitalizes on this endless recursion by sacrificing Palinchron along the way to mill out your opponents completely.
