How it works

1. Play Orzhov Basilica.
2. When Orzhov Basilica enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
3. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Holding priority, activate Penance by putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the top of your library.
5. Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, causing you to scry 1, ensuring to leave Orzhov Basilica on top of your library.
6. Galadriel triggers, putting Orzhov Basilica from the top of your library onto the battlefield tapped.
7. Repeat from step 2.
