How it works

1. Activate Zimone's first ability by paying 1 and tapping it, putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield untapped due to Horizon Explorer.
2. When Orzhov Basilica enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
3. Holding priority, activate Orzhov Basilica by tapping it, adding .
4. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger from step 2, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, untapping Zimone.
6. Repeat.

This delightful loop turns the bounce mechanic of Orzhov Basilica into a self-sustaining mana engine. Zimone, Quandrix Prodigy provides the initial tap-ability to cheat the Basilica into play, where Horizon Explorer ensures it bypasses its usual slowdown by letting lands enter untapped. Every time the Basilica drops, Retreat to Coralhelm triggers its landfall ability to untap Zimone, while the Basilica's own triggered ability returns it safely back to your hand so you can repeat the process indefinitely for infinite white and black mana.
