How it works

1. Activate Budoka Gardener by tapping it, putting Azorius Chancery from your hand onto the battlefield.
2. When Azorius Chancery enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
3. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, untapping Budoka Gardener
5. Repeat.

This clever little engine transforms a simple bounceland into an infinite loop of landfall triggers. By using Budoka Gardener's tap ability to drop Azorius Chancery directly onto the battlefield, you trigger both the land's own bounce ability and Retreat to Coralhelm's landfall ability.
