How it works

1. Activate Murasa Rootgrazer's second ability by tapping it, returning Ornithopter to your hand from the battlefield.
2. Cast Ornithopter by paying 0.
3. When Ornithopter enters the battlefield, Retreat to Coralhelm triggers, untapping Murasa Rootgrazer.
4. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns your free-to-cast artifacts into a self-sustaining engine by cleverly manipulating card types. Ashaya, Soul of the Wild ensures your nontoken creatures are Forests, while Rootpath Purifier takes it a step further by making all those lands—and your library's land cards—basic. Because Murasa Rootgrazer can bounce any basic land you control back to your hand, you simply return Ornithopter (which is currently masquerading as a basic land) for zero mana, recast it, and watch Retreat to Coralhelm trigger to untap the Rootgrazer, ready to do it all over again.
