How it works

1. Activate Murasa Rootgrazer's second ability by tapping it, returning Shield Sphere to your hand from the battlefield.
2. Cast Shield Sphere by paying 0.
3. When Shield Sphere enters the battlefield, Retreat to Coralhelm triggers, untapping Murasa Rootgrazer.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms free artifacts into an endless cascade of triggers by turning every creature on your board into a land. Thanks to Ashaya, Soul of the Wild, your creatures become Forest lands alongside their creature types, and Rootpath Purifier ensures those lands and your library cards are permanently basic. This allows Murasa Rootgrazer to effortlessly bounce Shield Sphere back to your hand using its tap ability, after which you can recast the zero-mana Shield Sphere for free. Every time that zero-cost artifact enters the battlefield, Retreat to Coralhelm triggers its landfall ability to untap Murasa Rootgrazer, letting you repeat the entire process infinitely.
