How it works

1. Activate Scaled Herbalist by tapping it, putting Dimir Aqueduct from your hand onto the battlefield.
2. When Dimir Aqueduct enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
3. Resolve the Dimir Aqueduct trigger, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, untapping Scaled Herbalist.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop transforms the bounce mechanic of Dimir Aqueduct into an engine by continuously replaying the land from your hand via Scaled Herbalist's tap ability. Every time the Aqueduct enters the battlefield, Retreat to Coralhelm triggers its landfall ability to untap the Herbalist, allowing you to repeat the process indefinitely. Because the Aqueduct naturally returns itself to your hand upon entry, you never run out of ammo to replay it, fueling limitless landfall triggers.
