How it works

1. Activate Skyshroud Ranger by tapping it, putting Azorius Chancery from your hand onto the battlefield.
2. When Azorius Chancery enters the battlefield, it and Elven Raft-Steerer trigger.
3. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Elven Raft-Steerer trigger, untapping Skyshroud Ranger.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Skyshroud Ranger and Elven Raft-Steerer working in tandem to repeatedly deploy and recall a single bounce-land. By tapping Skyshroud Ranger, you bypass the normal one-land-per-turn limit to drop Azorius Chancery directly onto the battlefield. This entry immediately triggers Azorius Chancery's own drawback—forcing it to bounce itself back to your hand—while simultaneously fueling Elven Raft-Steerer's landfall ability to untap the Ranger. Because the bounce-land returns itself to your hand, you have everything you need to restart the cycle indefinitely, generating infinite landfall triggers to exploit other effects at your disposal.
