How it works

1. Activate Triskelavus by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Triskelavite artifact creature token.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Triskelavite, adding 1.
3. When the Triskelavite dies, Death's Presence triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Triskelavus.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns Triskelavus into a self-sustaining engine by cycling its counters into fodder for Phyrexian Altar. You use the mana generated by sacrificing the generated Triskelavite token to pay for Triskelavus's own activation, keeping the cycle moving. Meanwhile, Death's Presence watches the token perish and immediately funnels that power right back onto Triskelavus as a fresh +1/+1 counter, replacing the one you spent.
