How it works

1. Cast Flickering Ward by paying .
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Overlord of the Hauntwoods.
3. When Overlord of the Hauntwoods enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, creating two tapped Everywhere land tokens.
4. When the Everywhere land tokens enter the battlefield, Stone-Seeder Hierophant triggers that many times.
5. Resolve the first trigger, untapping Stone-Seeder Hierophant.
6. Holding priority, activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping an Everywhere token.
7. Repeat from step 5 for the remaining trigger.
8. Resolve the Flickering Ward spell.
9. Activate the two Everywhere tokens by tapping them, adding .
10. Activate Flickering Ward by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
11. Repeat.

This elegant loop hinges on Displacer Kitten turning every cheap spell into a blink engine, repeatedly resetting Overlord of the Hauntwoods to flood the board with Everywhere land tokens. Virtue of Knowledge doubles down on this production by copying the Overlord's entry triggers, which in turn feeds a cascade of landfall triggers for Stone-Seeder Hierophant to aggressively untap lands and itself. Finally, Flickering Ward acts as the repeatable noncreature trigger that fuels the entire Kitten cycle while self-bouncing for mana generated by the Everywhere tokens, creating an infinite loop of spells and landfalls.
