How it works

1. Activate Budoka Gardener by tapping it, putting Arid Archway from your hand onto the battlefield.
2. When Arid Archway enters, it and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger.
3. Resolve the Arid Archway trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
5. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Budoka Gardener as it is a land due to Ashaya.
6. Repeat.

This elegant loop is enabled by Ashaya, Soul of the Wild, whose passive ability turns all your nontoken creatures into Forests—making Stone-Seeder Hierophant and Budoka Gardener lands in addition to their creature types. With Stone-Seeder Hierophant ready to exploit every land drop, you use Budoka Gardener's first ability to repeatedly drop Arid Archway from your hand onto the battlefield. Arid Archway's own entering-the-battlefield trigger bounces itself right back to your hand, while its arrival simultaneously triggers Stone-Seeder Hierophant's Landfall ability to untap itself. Finally, you tap Stone-Seeder Hierophant to untap Budoka Gardener (leveraging Ashaya's land-type transformation), letting you replay Arid Archway over and over to generate infinite landfall triggers.
