How it works

1. Activate PuPu UFO by tapping it, putting Azorius Chancery from your hand onto the battlefield.
2. When Azorius Chancery enters, it and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger.
3. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
5. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping PuPu UFO as it is a land due to Ashaya.
6. Repeat.

This ingenious engine transforms your entire board into a self-sustaining mana-and-untap machine, starting with PuPu UFO cheating Azorius Chancery directly into play from your hand. Because Ashaya, Soul of the Wild turns every nontoken creature you control into a Forest land in addition to its other types, Azorius Chancery's entry triggers Stone-Seeder Hierophant's landfall ability to untap itself. Once Azorius Chancery returns itself to your hand via its own triggered ability, Stone-Seeder Hierophant can use its tap ability to untap PuPu UFO—which is also counted as a land thanks to Ashaya—allowing you to loop the whole process infinitely.
